Soft Hackle Feathers (more colors available)

Soft hackles are an understated feather cluster. You can use a subtle base behind a flower or they can stand alone with a beading cluster. We use long soft hackles in our Bronze birdcage and Fleur Wedge flowers. Available in: White, ivory, Champagne, black and red.
