Vintage hand beaded Circle (blue, pink & brown)

This amazing 2" circle was created by some amazing artist with alot of patience. It is vintage and has been built on a felt base. It was a pink for a jacket but I am seeing this on a unique birdcage creation. No other beads needed, feather may be fun. Bead colors are: Brown, blue, pink, gold.
