Blusher style birdcage
"IVORY" blusher birdcage veil with a 2" comb made to be placed on the back of head

This veil is very unique in that it is small but utterly elegant. It is created with high quality French tulle. Our birdcages are "blusher style" in which the French tulle covers your face, sides and wraps up to-wards crown. You can customize the length of this style veil by choosing; below the mouth, below the nose, or below the eyes. You can also chose full or semi-full.
(You may order Kirsten's Angle veil in white or ivory on another page)
YOU CHOOSE THE LENGTH: Below the eyes, Below the nose or Below the mouth.
Gathers are FULL OR SEMI-FULL on the standard custom option~ Let me know on the cart which gathers you desire.
Dyed ivory tulle is possible. Light champagne, rusty champagne, ivory shimmer, light or dark champagne shimmer, even pink!
~Edge finishes are: Flat back crystals spaced on edge, or Fred Frankle pearls (no edging recommended on shorter styles)
~Body embellishments are the same as edge.
(Body and edge finish is optional)
THIS VEIL is so beautiful and will look stunning with a strapless dress or wrap or even a formal wedding gown. French tulle is soft and flexible however this style of veil will rest near the face, if you do not like things near your face this veil may not be for you. This pure French tulle has a diamond pattern with a diamond edge.
Custom "Bandeau style" are now available in my catalog.
~See the birdcage comb sample page on this site to get ideas for how you can embellish your birdcage to make it all your own! Have fun!
YOU CHOOSE THE BACK FINISH: I have had brides finish the back with bi-cone Swarovski crystals, seed beads, sea shells, hand rolled silk roses (see sample photo's on birdcage comb samples page). You can choose one of the following options (mix them as you desire):
(These decorations are PERMANENTLY PLACED on the comb. This process is done by sewing the tulle to the comb then building the items on the tulle~comb base.
Note: because you are working with a larger 2" base you can work with the larger embellishment cluster like the 3 roses with feathers etc. Remember all spacers need a filler bead: seed bead or crystals etc.
(See materials page for photographs of some of these items)
