We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How we protect your privacy:

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage:

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our items and the custom design process we offer alteration service on most of our items. This is a case by case basis.

Dorene works with you to make sure we create a veil or hat that will fits correctly. We urge you to ask as many questions as you need to before starting your veil. You may send photo's of yourself, gown, measurements and material sample can be requested. Dorene is there for you & will walk with you through the process of creating your dream veil!

Customize and design

At Unveiled Bridal Designs we understand inspiration can come from anywhere.  As an artisan, Dorene prefers not to copy other designers work but if you have an inspiration from somewhere else, she will guide you as to the best fit using items from our site. It is helpful if you use our veils for reference since we are familiar with how they are made and how they will wear in the hair. Most of our veils have personal options for length, head size and placement in hair. Our fascinators have some of the most personal options for customizing. These options (such as being able to choose the color of feathers, peacocks and beads) will make the fascinator all your own. The design shape and feel is set and will look very close to the design you see in the photo except for your subtle alterations of feather color, etc. If you have an inspiration photo please send it to Dorene at unveiledbridaldesigns@gmail.com

Altering Unveiled Bridal Designs work

When you have purchased an Unveiled Bridal Designs piece it has been carefully created by Milliner Dorene Vandermeer using the finest materials and techniques.  If you desire a piece to be altered please contact Dorene Vandermeer right away so you can discuss with her the options for possible alterations to be done by a trained Milliner. Thank you.

Rushes

Do to the handmade nature of each piece we are unable to accomodate all rushes. Please contact Dorene at unveiledbridaldesigns@gmail.com to see if your preferred item can be rushed and if your location will work with shipping time.

We do have a Ready-to-Wear section on the site where there is a turn around of 2-3 days for Preset Designs that are all handmade and have some custom options.
