Note from Mary... Dorene, Dorene, Dorene, what more can I say! My Ivory Angle veil set my entire wedding ensemble off. My veil was perfect for my theme “Old Hollywood Glam”. I looked on the Internet at Lena Horne, Dorothy Dandridge, and Billy Holiday, with birdcage veils on. I loved the look, did a search, and guess who I came across? Yes, Unveiled Bridals and I loved Dorene’s work. I contacted her and told her what I wanted, purchased it and loved it.

Junior & Mary’s Wedding Story Our Story: Junior and I met at an event he was hosting, on a rainy Thursday night. When I saw him I asked a girlfriend who was he, she said I think he plays pro football I was kind of turned off at first but looked closer. He wore a navy blue and gray pinstripe suit; he was clean cut, tall, dark and handsome. He was so handsome I had to know him, and we have been together ever since!

Our Wedding Day: Our wedding day was May 3, 2008 at Caesar Palace Venus Gardens on a warm 80-degree afternoon in front of approx. 80 family and friends.   I wore an Ivory gown by Allure, which was absolutelystunning. The colors were Ivory Black with yellow accent.

The yellow was incorporated in our wedding. The reason for this was when I was about 6 years old; my mother bought me a yellow Easter dress. My mom and everyone at church said how yellow really looked good on me so I had added touches of yellow to our wedding colors (I did not want to wear a yellow wedding gown).

My bouquet, the boutonnieres, corsages, cake and my 2-carat fancy yellow center stone wedding ring was all yellow, and I must say that it really came together perfectly.
