Returns, Custom orders & Shipping
Returns: Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell we do not accept returns (but we do offer alterations). I do hope you understand that we must uphold this policy strictly since these items are needed for a one time event.
Making sure you have the correct fit will give Dorene the best info to create a veil for you. Remember if you are inspired by a past bride that each bride customize the length and gathers of her veil.
To customize your veil we will need:
*Head size (measure the circumference of your head)
*Veil length (where to you want the edge to land)
*Placement: This is very important to consider where you will want to place the veil comb. If ordering a Birdcage the comb placement will determine the length of the veil. For example, If you place the comb further back the veil will shorten. So if you desire the veil to have length past the eyes but want to place the comb near a low bun you will let Dorene know this on the comment section of the cart and then she will cut accordingly.
Alterations: We can do alterations of veils and sometimes can alter comb decorations if it is possible. This is determined on a case to case basis. Contact Dorene if you have questions in this area.
Order confirmation: Once a custom veil has been ordered Dorene will get back to you to clarify any parts of your order that may be unclear. Since the process begins very quickly after your order has been placed we ask that you stay near your e-mail on the day you placed your order so that if we have any questions. Order will remain on HOLD if Dorene does not get a response to questions regarding the order. Once order have cleared they will be sent to the workroom and the process will begin (changes can not be made once the order goes into the workroom).
~If you have been speaking with Dorene through e-mails remember that she can not remember or save all your e-mails. Put all your information on the shopping cart using the comments section to write out special instructions.
Turn around is 2-3 weeks and can change depending on amount of orders received.
Custom orders: using your ideas, incorporating our materials and artistry, I will work with you to create something completely all your own. Your veil is not returnable, so please make sure you have your details down clearly (e-mail Dorene with any questions on materials, size, color etc.) We encourage you to take your time and enjoy the process. unveiledbridaldesigns@gmail.com
Shipping: $11.55 USPS USPS priority w/hat box, priority insured w/ hat box is $14.55 & USPS $26.50 Express overnight includes: shipping, & veil bag. I gift wrap the veil as a gift to you! All veils will now have a silver Unveiled Bridal Designs Seal.
International PRIORITY w/ hat box $35.00 & EXPRESS $33.50 (includes Canada)
Priority ships w/ hat box, Express shipping includes veil bag.
Turn around is usually 2-3 weeks (November - December) 4-6 weeks (January- October) and then count on shipping US taking and additional 3-4 days & 3-4 WEEKS international (USPS Priority shipping Express will get it there faster for both US and overseas). I always recommend not waiting to the last minute, especially during April-August.
