Returns, Custom orders & Shipping 

Returns: Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell we do not accept returns. I do hope you understand that we must uphold this policy strictly since these items are needed for a one time event.

~Once a custom veil has been ordered Dorene will get back to you to clarify any parts of your order that are unclear. Since the process begins very quickly after your order has been placed we ask that you stay near your e-mail on the day you place your order so that if we have any questions you can be there to answer them otherwise Dorene will proceed with her best judgment and interpretation of the order.

~If you have been speaking with Dorene through e-mails remember that she can not remember or save all your e-mails. Put all your information on the shopping cart using the comments section to write out special instructions.

Custom orders: using your ideas (like in Julies veil) I can work with you to create something completely all your own. E-mail me and we can work together to make you a veil that is all your own. Your veil is not returnable, so please make sure you have your details down clearly (e-mail Dorene with any questions on material size, color etc. before placing your order)

Shipping: $8.75 USPS United States priority & $23.50 Express overnight includes: shipping, & veil bag. I gift wrap the veil as a gift to you! 

$22.50 all PRIORITY international & $30.50 Express (includes Canada) shipping: Includes shipping, veil bag and delivery to postal office.

Turn around is usually 2 weeks, shipping takes 3-4 days (US shipping). I always recommend not waiting to the last minute, especially during April-August
